Water Systems Operator

A Water Systems Operator oversees the distribution of water throughout a municipality or county. The distribution of water throughout an entire city is a big undertaking. It includes installing and maintaining water pipes, filtering water to remove impurities, testing chemical levels, and ensuring delivery to consumers.

Water Systems Operators supervise approved projects such as reservoirs, water mains, water towers, treatment facilities, etc. to ensure that they conform to regulations.
