Signals LONG-WALL-MINING-MACHINE TENDER by electronic buzzer or two-way radio when machine plow blade is properly positioned. Adjusts and makes minor repairs to equipment, using handtools. May assist in positioning jacks, timbers, or roof supports to prevent cave-ins when working underground.
