Piles heavy rock at base and lighter materials on top to build permanent spoil pile. Signals BULLDOZER OPERATOR I, to scrape scattered rock and dirt into pile within reach of shovel. May repair and replace shovel parts, such as gears, bearings, and bucket teeth, using handtools.
