Ski School Director

Ski School Directors manage all of the ski lessons and teaching staff of a resort. You’re probably a ski bum turned professional, and your primary goal as a Ski School Director is to teach people how to do the thing you love most: ski. Your duties also include hiring and training other Instructors, judging which Teacher is best for which level, assigning staff to classes, working to promote your business, and concerning yourself with sales.
