Tends oven drier at back end of pulp-making machine that removes moisture from pulp sheets: Observes gauges and charts, and turns valves to regulate flow of steam and control oven temperature. Aligns sheets on conveyor to prevent jams. Regulates speed of conveyor to ensure that dried sheets conform to moisture content specifications.
