Managers have little time to deal with employee problems, while employees work like busy bees to get their jobs done and become frustrated if another person falls behind. You work between the two, making sure problems don’t slip through the cracks. You field complaints, create solutions to keep employees happy, and suggest to management new ways to ensure all the different parts of the organization work together. This helps the organization foster a better and more productive work environment.
