Performs any combination of following duties to assist BRICKLAYER, FIREBRICK AND REFRACTORY TILE in repairing and rebuilding furnaces, ovens, ladles, and similar structures: Removes burned and damaged brick and cleans surfaces of settings, using bar, hammers, chisels, and wire brush. Sweeps and removes refuse from casings. Conveys tools and materials to work site. May mix mortar, using powered mixer. Performs other duties as described under HELPER Master Title.
