Oversees DRAFTERS, ARCHITECTURAL; DRAFTERS, ELECTRICAL; DRAFTERS, MECHANICAL; and DRAFTERS, STRUCTURAL in drawing designs of indoor and outdoor facilities and structures of electrical or gas power plants and substations.
