Sprays interior surfaces of cupolas with refractory mixture to reline interiors, using spray equipment: Loads specified amount of material, such as clay, sand, and water into mixing tank of machine and starts machine to mix ingredients. Installs preformed metal scaffolding in interior of cupola, using handtools. Opens compressed-air valves on machine to force mixture into hose, climbs scaffolding with hose, and sprays surfaces. May chip clay from interior of cupola, lay bed of cupola, or repair ladle linings.
