Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in charging tracer bullets with powder and shaping them to finished dimensions: Interviews new workers and assigns them to work commensurate with their qualifications. Assigns more experienced workers to train new workers. Makes recommendations for promotion or dismissal of workers. Directs workers engaged in repair of machines and other equipment. Coordinates work of department with that of related departments. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
