Hotel General Manager
Ensure flawless operations in every department of a hotel.
Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in selling tickets for scheduled airline flights in airline ticket office or terminal: Instructs and trains agents. Adjusts disputes between customers and agents. Prepares reports, such as volume of ticket sales and cash received. Maintains records on data, such as weight and location of passengers, cargo, and mail to ensure compliance with load specifications. Suggests travel itineraries for customers. May reserve space for passengers [RESERVATIONS AGENT] and sell tickets for scheduled flights [TICKET AGENT]. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
