Tends slicing machine that cuts plugs of tobacco into slice-plug smoking tobacco: Arranges plugs in even piles on cutting board. Starts machine and tightens setscrew to feed plugs under reciprocating knife. Holds cut slices together in form of plugs from which slices are cut, using stick. Slides sliced tobacco onto tray. Replaces dull knife blade, using wrench.
