Reviews shipper’s accounts to identify problems, such as overdue accounts, proposed changes in pickup and delivery schedules, failure of shipper to follow parcel wrapping and handling requirements, and frequency and type of shipper’s claims. Calls on shipper’s representatives to discuss and resolve problems.
