What do Rolling Down Machine Operators do?

Tends machine that rolls slabs of candy to specified thickness prior to cutting: Turns handwheel to adjust clearance of rollers to accommodate thickness of slab without binding. Starts machine and feeds slab of candy between rollers. Reverses rollers to return candy for removal. Readjusts rollers and continues operation until candy is rolled to specified thickness.
