What do Poultry Processing Supervisors do?

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in slaughtering, dressing, and packing poultry: Trains new workers in slaughtering, dressing, and packing duties. Observes and evaluates performance of workers to ensure conformance to processing standards. May substitute for line workers in emergencies. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
