Cuts, scrapes and pulls meat from cooked poultry carcasses, using fingers and boning knife: Pulls wings and drumsticks from carcasses. Cuts along each side of breast plate, using knife, and peels meat from breast, using hands. Pulls and scrapes meat from rest of carcass, using knife and hands.
