What do Nutritional Yeast Supervisors do?

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in pasteurizing and drying yeast cream and milling and packing yeast for use as food: Examines dried yeast sheet for color and thickness and milled yeast for fineness. Trains workers in equipment and machine operation and adjustment. Inspects equipment and machines to ensure adherence to sanitary specifications. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
