What do Matrix Supervisors do?
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in electroplating, stripping, finishing, and inspecting metal phonograph record matrices. Requisitions processing materials, such as chemicals, wiping cloths, and polishing compounds. Confers with workers’ representatives to resolve grievances. Trains workers in processing functions. Performs duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
