Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in collecting, sorting, and delivering mail: Receives, investigates, and initiates action on patron’s complaints. May analyze carrier routes and recommend changes of route boundaries to regulate amount of mail being delivered. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
