Operates lockstitch sewing machine to make coat sleeve. Seams edges of sleeve parts, following markings and manipulating fabric to provide fullness over elbow area. May attach separate cuffs or fold raw bottom edge of sleeve and sew to make cuff with or without vent. Performs other duties as described under SEWING-MACHINE OPERATOR, REGULAR EQUIPMENT Master Title.
