What do License Inspectors do?

Visits establishments licensed by local governments to ascertain that valid licenses and permits are displayed and that licensing standards are being upheld. Prepares report on violators and recommends action. Warns violators of minor or unintentional infractions. May arrest violators. May be designated according to class of establishment visited as Rooming-House Inspector; Tavern Inspector.
