What do Leak Hunters do?
Inspects barrels filled with beer or whiskey to detect and repair leaking barrels: Walks between rows of stacked barrels and examines each barrel for leaks. Caulks holes or seams, using wicking, wooden plugs, or strips of adhesive canvas. Records serial number of barrel repaired and date. May examine barrels of beer in shipping area to detect leakage and push leaking barrels aside for removal to dumping area.
