What do Grinding and Spraying Supervisors do?

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in rough surface grinding and spray painting structural and ornamental metalwork articles: Reads work order specifications to determine supply requirements and coordinates interdepartmental work flow. Trains new workers and demonstrates work procedures and assists workers in performance of tasks. Inspects completed pieces to verify conformance of finish to company standards. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
