What do Glycerin Supervisors do?
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in processing oils to produce fatty acids and glycerin: Reads laboratory test reports, analyzes causes of deviation from specifications, and orders changes in time, temperature, or flow rate to bring product into conformance with standards. Demonstrates duties to new workers and assigns experienced operator to work with them during training period. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
