Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in distilling liquors, such as gin, brandy, and whiskey: Verifies specified amount and proof of distilled liquor produced. Directs workers in preparing and storing ingredients, such as sour beer. Prepares flavoring ingredients used in distilling gin. Reviews distillation records to verify adherence to specified formula. Inspects operating condition of stills and auxiliary equipment. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
