What do Decorating and Assembly Supervisors do?

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in welding and assembling components into plastic products and printing logos on products: Inspects processed plastic components and products to verify conformance to customer specifications and company standards. Demonstrates machine operations to new employees and assigns trainees to work with experienced workers for continued on-the-job training. Diagnoses machine malfunctions and assists workers in determining corrective actions required. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
