Hotel General Manager
Ensure flawless operations in every department of a hotel.
Supervises and coordinates activities of CONTACT CLERKS engaged in preparing gas and electric-power service orders and SERVICE CLERKS engaged in receiving service requests on telephone: Routes service orders to service departments and outlying service centers. Reviews completed orders for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to specified procedures. Reviews incomplete or rejected orders to determine actions to facilitate completion. Answers telephone questions from customers, contractors, building inspectors, and other company departments pertaining to progress in completion of orders. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
