What do Chicle Grinder Feeders do?
Feeds chicle and gum bases into grinding machine, preparatory to making chewing gum: Loads blocks of chicle or other gum bases onto conveyor of grinding machine, using electric hoist or lift truck. Starts machine and places empty containers under discharge spout to catch ground ingredients. Shovels ground material into barrels on platform scale until specified weight is obtained. May dump salvage gum into grinding machine and be designated Salvage Grinder.
