Take responsibility for a single department or store of a larger company.
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in storing guests’ wearing apparel, parcels and other articles in checkrooms of establishment. Reviews printed schedule of activities to determine services needed. Assigns work schedules and keeps time records of personnel. Receives customers’ complaints concerning quality of service and rectifies or instructs workers to rectify complaints. Submits reports of unclaimed or lost articles to hotel security department. Performs duties as described under CHECKROOM ATTENDANT.
