What do Broommaking Supervisors do?
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in making brooms: Determines utilization of equipment, such as seeding, clipping, stapling, and winding machines, required to meet production schedules. Sets up and adjusts machines and equipment, using handtools. Trains workers in broom making operations. Requisitions materials and supplies. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
