What do Bonding Supervisors do?

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in bonding, stretching, and applying finishing solution to synthetic sewing threads to improve their sewing quality: Observes production activities to ensure that work progresses according to schedule and that work methods meet prescribed standards. Feels bonded thread to verify that moisture content and surface smoothness of thread meet processing specifications. Confers with company personnel to identify and resolve processing problems. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
