Tends machine that drives staples in edges of blind slats and attaches stapled slats to slide rods: Adjusts and sets stop and ratchet, and lays rod in position under stapler head. Places slat under stapler and moves lever to drive staples into slat and hold slat to rod. Ratchet automatically moves rod along until section is completed.
