What do Aluminum Fabrication Supervisors do?

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in fabricating aluminum sheets in preparation for assembly into boats: Trains new workers in performance of tasks, such as stretching, shearing, and trimming aluminum sheets. Inspects work in progress to ensure adherence to company standards. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate interdepartmental workflow. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
