What do Air-Table Operators do?
Tends pneumatic coal-cleaning table that blows coal dust, sulfur, and other impurities from coal as it passes through preparation plant: Starts machine and adjusts valve to regulate air pressure. Observes coal as it passes over cleaning table and removes oversized lumps, rocks, or foreign matter. Adjusts and lubricates mechanical parts of machine, using handtools, grease gun, and oilcan.
