That's where we come in. We're developing a place where people can explore what opportunities exist and learn what paths can take them there. We know this experience must be simple and rewarding, and we're striving to make it easy for you to navigate your career and education choices.

Individually, each of us figured that the resource described above would make people happier in their careers, and consequentially more fulfilled in their life. This seemed like a pretty good end to achieve, not to mention a pretty hard challenge. So we signed on.
We are a small, well-funded team of computer science and Internet business experts who are Amazon, Microsoft, Ohloh, and PointCast alumni with degrees from Princeton, Harvard, Cornell, Tufts, and other good schools we're proud of.
We operate out of a humble office in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where it sometimes rains.

Todd Edebohls, our CEO, was previously Chairman of the Nasdaq-traded company of Toys.com-eToys, Business Development Director of Amazon.com 1999-2007, and Account Manager for PointCast. Before he set foot in a boardroom, this Cornell grad worked as a Front Desk Clerk and EMT.
Laura James is our Harvard-educated Product Strategist. Formerly a Book Editor and a Grant Writer for Special Olympics, her early days of employment were spent as a Barista and soccer Camp Counselor.
Jason Kroll creates software that powers our company, building on experiences he gained in previous Lead Software Engineer and Programmer roles. He earned economics and computer science degrees from the University of Washington and Tufts and developed his attention to detail as Technical Editor for Linux Journal..
Annie Favreau is our Managing Editor. Her previous work as a Copy Editor and Community Organizer prepared this National Merit Scholar to lead our talented researchers and Writers. One of her jobs while an undergrad at Seattle University? Working as a professional Actor.
Elizabeth York runs our business operations and helps colleges discover and love us, as our Outreach Coordinator. Previously a Social Media Manager and Brand Representative, this University of Washington alum has loved connecting with people since her early days as a Barista and Dance Teacher.
Andrew Verprauskus guides our engineering team. A graduate of Princeton, he started at Microsoft where he became a Principal Lead Software Engineer on the Excel team. While in school, Andy could be found working as an amusement park Cashier and soccer Referee.
John A. Wade is our CFO. Previously, he was CFO of Nasdaq-traded Aptimus, and Controller of Buzz Oates Enterprises; he has been a CPA since 1987. Before he graduated from San Diego State, John was a Golf Caddie and Grocery Store Bagger.
